I have never been warned on the server.   What is your experience with staffing? (Minimum one Paragraph) I have been staff on multiple servers, ranging from being a mod to even owning my own server. I have been staff on an Imperial RP server called Fractured Entertainment achieving the rank of admin. I was also a moderator on FSAS which has been shut down. I even owned a server for a while until I decided to shut it down. I also know ULX pretty well.   What makes you stand out next to your competition? (Minimum one Paragraph) I stand out against my competition because I am very active, mature and equal. I am on every day besides the weekends (I have to help work), so I can always be on the server watching over everyone. I am also very mature for my age, I don’t mess around or say stupid stuff. I don’t pick sides just because I like a certain person, I do what I feel is best for the server/player base.   Do you have any prior developing experience?I do not have prior coding experience.   Do you have staff management experience? (Minimum One Paragraph) Yes, I do have management experience. When I owned my server I watched over the staff. I removed some people for abusing their powers on normal users. I oversaw all applications and accepted the ones that stood out amongst the others and denied the ones that were plain or vague.   Why do you wish to be staff on our server? (Minimum Two Paragraphs) I want to be staff on the server because I think it has potential to take off in the future. I feel I could help the server improve a step at a time. I want to join staff because I feel I could bring some creative ideas to the server that can improve it in the long run. I also want to help build the server from the ground up possibly shortening the development time.
